We are engaged in the design, manufacturing and supplying of Condensers. This equipment is used to reduce vapor to its liquefied state through the separation of potential heat from the vapor. Its primary function is the removal of Condensable vapor in front of a given stage of ejector.
Other functions of Condenser:
Pre condenser: It is ideal for the direct condensing of vapors from process. With one or more ejector stages, non-condensable are separated from the pre-condenser. The absolute process force must be high for condensation with available water supply.
Inter-condenser: It is used between the stages of ejector, where two or many stages are needed to compress non-condensable from operation, or condenser pressure to atmospheric pressure. Also, there is no need to handle the motive steam from an introductory stage.
Condenser / booster condenser: It is used to condense process vapor & motive steam, form one or more than one introductory booster ejectors which compress the process vapors from necessary low absolute pressure to high absolute pressure required for condensation process by the available apparatus water.
After condenser: After condenser is utilized to condense the steam venting from a to z, or terminal stage ejector at atmospheric pressure. Non-condensable are ventilated into the atmosphere.
There are two fundamental types of condensers, such as Surface and Direct Contact.
